What makes this programme easier to use?

This program has been written with the smaller business in mind. You know how to produce your product, however, sales forecasting and financial information may not be one of your strengths. TTHY is simple to use and effective, allowing you to methodically plan for the future by forecasting and monitoring sales, costs and profit.

How do I get started?

If you are the business owner, you register your company information and set up each sales person's information together with the required level of sales and profit.

For one main contact and one sales executive the system is completely free of charge, so simply follow the registration process.

How many users can log in at the same time?

Once you have registered and entered the Sales Executive's information, any or all users can access the system simultaneously.

At the end of my year, can I continue to use the service?

Once registered you can carry on using the system indefinitely subject to paying the relevant fees if applicable.

I would like to add more Sales Executives, how do I do that?

Just click the -Add a Sales Executive- button on your profile page and go through the process again

How do I add a new company/client?

You can add as many companies as you wish, just go to Add New Company and insert company name and add the relevant details.

How do I add a new project?

Simply insert the name of the project and if required a project number including as much information as you feel is applicable

How do I change my profile?

On the Welcome Page bhere is a facility to change your profile

How do I add new contacts

TTNY has the facility to add the contact information of the people you are dealing. Include likes, dislikes and personal information which will allow you to build up a contact profile.

How do I input figures?

Once you have inserted company and then a specific project you can start adding forecast sales and costs.

I have registered my Sales Executive, where do I go from here?

Send the relevant information to your Sales Executive and leave them to fill in the information required.

What are the costs involved for more than one user?

For the main user and one sales executive system is totally free of charge.

Further user charges are as follows.

• 2 - 4 - £20 per month
• 5 - 10 - £30 per month
• 10+ - £50 per month

For this monthly payment you will receive automatic system updates.

Payment can be made by PayPal or alternatively by Direct Debit . If you wish to pay by Direct Debit please call 01604 652026.

Will I receive junk mail?

No - any correspondence will be only system related.

How do I upgrade my account?

Once you have reached the relevant level of users your account will require upgrading. You will be notified of this when adding further Sales Executives.
